Anand graduated in Commerce and followed it up with Post Graduate Diploma's in Computer Management & Business Management. An all-around Banker with over 2 decades of learning with Public Sector Banks, International Banks & engaged with start-up Private Banks viz HDFC Bank, he later moved to Oracle where he held several key positions over his engagement of 10+ years. Anand is also a WIPRO certified Six Sigma Black belt having done extensive work in the areas of Product Development & Quality.

With a law graduate, an MBA in marketing, and a PhD in Regional development economics he is a multi-dimensional consultant. Consultant to CEO Office (Impact Group) at the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), New Delhi. Hon Governor’s Nominated Member of Board of Research of Gondwana University, Gadchiroli. Former Expert Member – Vidarbha Statutory Development Board (2015 - 2020). Member – Advisory Council – Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA). Executive Member of Vidarbha Economic Development Council (VED Council). Member – Editorial Advisory Board – Lokmat Group. Worked as a freelance consultant in the field of Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Programs, Psephology, etc. Faculty Member and Guest Lecturer in several management and technical institutes at Pune & Nagpur – Specialization subjects – Development Economics, Marketing Research & Public System Management. Resource Person, Researcher & Theme Writer for training related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), District Human Development Report with YASHADA Pune & Water Safety Plan, NEERI & WHO.

With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, along with prestigious certifications such as FCA, ACMA, DISA (ICA), and PGDERM (ICFAI), coupled with over 26 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, this individual is highly regarded in the field. In addition to specializing in Risk-based Internal Audits, Business Process and Control Reviews, and Forensic Audits, he has also completed a Diploma in Enterprise Risk Management. With both national and international experience. He offers invaluable expertise in providing business advisory services to SMEs/MSMEs.
