  • The API-Based Integration with GSTN for 'E-invoicing' or '‘Electronic Invoicing’' enables the uploading of B2B invoice documents by the supplier in the prescribed format onto the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP).
  • Further, our GSP API facilitates the receipt of the generated invoice reference number (IRN) and QR code back from the invoice registration portal (IRP) upon electronic authentication by GSTN for e-invoicing documents uploaded by the supplier.
  • If the supplier has also uploaded transportation details (via our GSP API to GSTN) along with the invoice details, then the IRP shares these details with the E-Way Bill portal, and the same instance of the E-Way Bill Number gets generated.

    In this mode, we offer APIs for directly integrating IRP with your legacy system. This API integration with your system can be performed by your technology service provider. This RESTful API integration with your accounting and billing system or ERP system helps you seamlessly generate IRNs from within your ERP on a real-time basis.


     

    Through the services of our ASP (Application Service Provider) application:

    In this mode, we offer our ASP application, which gives you an integrated platform with IRP to upload single or bulk invoice documents to generate an IRN. Initially, you can upload your sales data in the prescribed Excel format on our ASP application, and from there, generate an IRN.

     
     

    For SAP B1 application users, we offer an integrated add-on solution.

    Those who are using the SAP Business One application can easily generate an e-invoice with the help of our add-on solution integrated with SAP B1. Our add-on solution uploads your invoice details directly to the IRP and generates the IRN in real-time. Both the e-invoice and e-way bill numbers get generated directly on the same instance.
