With unbundling of State Electricity Boards (SEB's) into Generation Company (GENCO) and Transmission Company (TRANSCO), the GENCO is now into business of sale of Power to TRANSCO. Here comes the necessity of Energy billing module which calculate and raise the monthly Bill for the sale of Power to TRANSCO.

Energy billing package generates the Energy bill on the basis of

Power purchase agreements.
Energy export and import details.
Plant parameters capturing such as Heat rate, Aux consumption, Fuel consumption, calorific value of coal.
Variable & Fixed costs parameters.
